Anden afdeling af det populære offroad-racerspil til PLAYSTATION 3 har forladt Monument Valley og finder nu sted på en stillehavsø med tæt junglebevoksning, smattede sumpe, skyhøje bjergtinder og sydende vulkaner. Med lad dig ikke narre af det paradisiske landskab: de nye omgivelser er lige så voldsomme og uforudsigelige som de kørere, der flokkes dertil. Du bliver forsøgt smadret, brændt og druknet hver gang du drejer om et hjørne.
Ligesom omgivelserne er modstanderne også mere udspekulerede i denne omgang med deres forbedrede AI. Der er 16 baner med flere mulige ruter, som skal køres i smadder med alle køretøjsklasserne fra det første MotorStorm: ATV'er, rallybiler, buggies, motorcykler, racertrucks, terrænbiler og lastbiler samt de nye monstertrucks, som kan klatre, sprinte og rulle over alle, som kommer i vejen.
Multiplayer er endnu mere intenst: 16 kørere kan kæmpe mod hinanden online eller fire venner kan samles køre på opdelt skærm. Den omfattende understøttelse af PLAYSTATION Network giver avancerede ranglister og leaderboards.
Det er brutalt, farligt, ubønhørligt og uforudsigeligt. Det er mere end et spil - MotorStorm er en livsstil. Festivalen vil være større end nogensinde før, når den vender tilbage her til efteråret.
