At San Quentin er den 31. albumudgivelse fra det amerikanske musikikon Johnny Cash. Albummet er en liveoptagelse fra fra sangerens optræden i San Quentin State Prison i 1969. Albummet fulgte sangerens tidligere liveudgivelse, At Folsom Prison, der blev en stor succes.
Albummet blev certificeret guld i 1969 og dobbelt platin i november 1986, samt tredobbelt platin i 2003. Albummet blev derudover også nomineret til forskellige Grammy priser, som Album Of The Year, hvor Cash vandt Best Male Country Vocal Performance for sangen "A Boy Named Sue".
