The Pet Sounds Sessions Highlights 2CD hylder 60-året for Beach Boys' ikoniske album, Pet Sounds. Denne udgivelse samler udvalgte numre fra det anerkendte 4CD boxset The Pet Sounds Sessions fra 1997, som var nomineret til en Grammy.

Albummet indeholder 25 a-cappella-versioner, alternative takes og optagelsessessioner, suppleret med nye liner notes. Pet Sounds, der udkom den 16. maj 1966, blev produceret og hovedsageligt skrevet af Brian Wilson og regnes som et mesterværk inden for popmusikken samt et af de mest betydningsfulde albums nogensinde.
