From getting humiliated by the know-it-all in her physics class to bombing her college paper interview, and then accidentally setting a frat house on fire at a party, her first day is a disaster.

After panicking and fleeing the scene, Barrett’s locked out of her dorm by her roommate and ends up falling asleep in the common room. The next morning, she wakes up back in her dorm bed, with no trace of smoke or embarrassment-because it’s September 21st again. And again.

Things get even stranger when Barrett confronts Miles, the guy from Physics 101, only to discover he’s been stuck in this loop for months. When her solo attempts to break free don’t work, the two team up to find a way out.
