Exploring evidence-based induction and mentoring for newly qualified teachers in the Nordic region.
This research-driven collection is the outcome of a collaborative effort involving experts from six Nordic countries. The contributors include teacher educators, researchers, and members of teacher organizations from Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden.
Some of the preliminary findings featured in this book were presented at international conferences in Europe during 2018 and 2019. In this anthology, key aspects of this research are shared and examined with the goal of encouraging research-based and evidence-informed improvements in the induction and mentoring processes for new teachers.
