About the authors:

• Chris Shern is a cultural adventurer with over 20 years of international experience. Having held leadership roles at Scandinavian Airlines across three continents, he now serves as Managing Director of IME, a Danish foundation focused on executive education and leadership development.
• Henrik Jeberg has over 25 years of experience in the international IT sector, having lived in Europe, Asia, Australia, and the US. He was part of Navision Software’s top management before it was acquired by Microsoft, later served as Deputy Director General of the Danish Ministry of Finance, and currently works as a mergers-and-acquisitions advisor and President of the Danish–American Chamber of Commerce in California.
