Beskrivelse
During a routine test, an unfamiliar siren suddenly blares, breaking the usual silence. Unlike the weekly drills, this alarm signals something far more serious, and the realization quickly sets in-this isn't a drill.
A tense moment unfolds as a mysterious siren hints at an unexpected crisis.
The day had been passing normally until I found myself in the middle of my last class, taking a test. The room was silent, as always, when suddenly a siren went off. We have drills every week, so I know every alarm by heart, but this one was different-I couldn't place it.
As I sat frozen, trying to figure out the sound, it slowly started to feel familiar. I had seen it on YouTube before. It was the zombie siren. No, we weren't actually in a zombie apocalypse, but it was incredibly strange. Usually, teachers warn us beforehand when a drill is coming, so we’re prepared and not caught off guard.
Looking at my teacher, I noticed she was frozen in place, but her slight trembling told me something was seriously wrong. That’s when it hit me: this was not a drill.
