The Fake Out

Beskrivelse

When your ex joins the hockey team you work for, the best way to get back at him is to fake date his biggest rival. That’s exactly what happens when the Vancouver Storm’s new captain, Rory Miller, agrees to be my pretend boyfriend.

A fake dating romance set against the backdrop of professional hockey and sweet revenge.

Working as the team physiotherapist for pro hockey players is tough enough without dealing with my awful ex showing up on the same team. He’s the reason I swore off dating hockey players altogether.

Rory Miller, the Vancouver Storm’s star player and top scorer, is the arrogant yet charming guy I once tutored in high school. Now, he’s agreed to my plan: I get revenge, and he gets to fix his reputation. It’s a win-win.

But as we fake date, things get unexpectedly fun and addictive. Beneath Rory’s bad boy image, he’s actually sweet, funny, and protective. He teaches me how to skate, shares my bed, and kisses me like it’s real. The question is-was any of it ever just fake?

The Fake Out is a pro hockey fake dating romance and the second book in the Vancouver Storm series, though it can easily be enjoyed on its own.
