A heartfelt story of courage, kindness, and magical encounters.

Born from a barley seed, Thumbelina faces many trials as she navigates a world much larger than herself. After narrowly escaping the clutches of frogs, she falls into the grasp of a beetle, who soon abandons her in a cold, dark forest. Alone and vulnerable, she soon meets a field mouse who introduces her to a mole, leading to a near wedding.

Throughout her journey, Thumbelina experiences a series of adventures and meets various characters, each teaching her valuable lessons. Despite her small size, her big, kind heart helps her save herself and a swallow, who then carries her to warmer lands. There, she finds love with the king of elves.
