Ana da Silva always believed her life would be cut short, but never imagined it would be by the very immortal who once showed her mercy-Famine. Yet when they meet again, he stabs her and leaves her for dead.

But Ana doesn’t quite die.

Famine is known for his merciless nature. Haunted by the suffering humanity has caused him, he’s determined to repay it in full. However, when Ana, a ghost from his past, confronts him with her defiance, she captures his attention, and he decides to keep her close.

Despite themselves, Ana and Famine feel an undeniable pull toward one another. Still, they remain adversaries. Not a single act of kindness, nor even a few passionate nights, can erase the fact that they stand on opposite sides. But whether enemies or reluctant lovers, if they don’t find a way to stop, the consequences could be catastrophic.
