Beskrivelse
Set before the events of the bestselling sensation They Both Die at the End, this story follows two strangers who share a powerful day together after Death-Cast issues its first life-altering alerts. As the mysterious Death-Cast prepares to launch, everyone wonders if it truly can foresee death or if it’s just a clever trick.
A moving tale about fate, connection, and living life to its fullest before time runs out.
Orion Pagan has long awaited the moment someone tells him he’s going to die, due to his serious heart condition. Valentino Prince, on the other hand, has a bright future ahead and only signed up for Death-Cast after his twin sister’s near-fatal car accident. When these two cross paths in Times Square, they instantly share a deep bond.
Then the first End Day calls are made, and everything changes-one receives the dreaded notification, while the other does not. With Adam Silvera’s signature bittersweet storytelling, this prequel explores the profound impact people can have on each other and reminds us all that every moment of life is precious and worth embracing.
