The Gulf, known by many names including the Persian Gulf, Arabian Gulf, or Iranian Gulf, lies between Iran and the Arabic Emirates such as Bahrain, Qatar, Dubai, and Oman/Muscat. This region is a favorite spot for cruising, with vessels departing from Dubai to numerous ports of call.
