This map highlights Guyana and the recent developments influenced by Brazil's growing presence. It features updated routes and refreshed insets to reflect current changes.

An updated map showcasing Guyana's evolving infrastructure and regional adjustments.

This edition focuses on Guyana, spotlighting the impact of Brazil's increased activity, particularly the newly repaved highway stretching north from Manaus on the Amazon to the Guyana border at Bomfin. The Guyanese have enhanced the road leading to Georgetown, significantly cutting travel times for goods moving in both directions by several weeks. A new bridge now makes travel between north and south much smoother and more accessible.

We've also updated the inset map of Georgetown to provide a more current view. On the reverse side, the regional map has been revised: instead of covering all three Guianas, it now concentrates solely on Suriname and French Guiana. One of the most notable updates is the correction of Surinam to the country's preferred spelling, Suriname.

Since the overall artwork saw minimal changes and Suriname/French Guiana is available as a separate map within our South America Series, this title will remain distinct and continue as its own product.
