Meet a young kid who isn’t exactly thrilled about school or making friends. He feels different because of his big ears and feet, and football never seems to go his way. But his dad has a plan to help him shine.
A heartfelt story about finding your own rhythm and confidence despite feeling out of place.
This book is aimed at students in 5th and 6th grade, sharing the thoughts of a boy who struggles with fitting in. He’s not a fan of school and has only a few friends, wondering if his big ears and feet are the reason why.
Trying to play football always ends with him falling down, but he doesn’t mind that much. His dad, however, hopes he’ll become popular like he was back in school. To help, he buys him a set of drums, opening a new path for the boy to find his own way.
