Lesotho, known for its mountainous terrain and limited road infrastructure, presents an adventurous destination for travelers. It is featured on side 1 of the map, including an inset of Maseru, the capital city. On side 2, you'll find Swaziland, recently renamed Eswatini for local use, along with an inset of its capital, Mbabane.

Both nations are landlocked and either border or are surrounded by South Africa, making them easily reachable from there. Primarily agricultural, these countries also boast significant tourist appeal, especially Lesotho's Sani Pass.
