This map captures Montana, known as the ‘blue sky’ state, famous for its high elevation and strikingly deep blue skies. With a sparse population, Montana’s charm lies in its natural wonders like Glacier National Park along the Canadian border and Yellowstone National Park near Wyoming. It’s a prime destination for camping, and this map marks numerous authorized campsites. It also features the historic Little Big Horn National Heritage Site, where Lt. Colonel Custer and the US 7th Cavalry faced a devastating defeat against the Sioux and Cheyenne people led by Sitting Bull.
