Jason's story begins in a council house in south London where he lived with his parents and two brothers. Diagnosed at three years old with autism and global developmental delay, much of his early childhood was spent non-verbal, struggling within a system that often misunderstood him. Many doctors and teachers assumed there was "no one in there," yet Jason's mother, Giff, never accepted those limitations.

With the steadfast support of his family and a few exceptional friends and mentors, Jason gradually found his voice. He spoke his first word at eleven, learned to read by eighteen, and developed a deep passion for education and helping others, which would ultimately change the course of his life.
