The Demon World

Beskrivelse

The Demon World is the thrilling second installment in Sally Green's Smoke Thieves series. It follows Princess Catherine and her band of survivors as they navigate a dangerous landscape filled with enemies and dark secrets.

A gripping tale of survival, war, and hidden dangers beneath the surface.

After barely escaping the collapse of Rossarb, Princess Catherine leads a diverse group of survivors across the desolate Northern Plateau. Meanwhile, Edyon and March find themselves separated from the rest, while demon hunter Tash guides Catherine and Ambrose to an unexpected sanctuary-the secret tunnels of the demon world.

These underground passages hold their own perils. As Tash ventures further to uncover the mysteries of their strange inhabitants, Catherine and Ambrose must return above ground to continue the fight. Above them, chaos reigns: King Aloysius's forces have captured the Pitorian prince, Tzsayn, and threaten to conquer the entire nation.

To stand against her father's oppressive rule, Catherine must build her own army. But with danger lurking everywhere, she struggles to distinguish friend from foe. Meanwhile, Tash’s discoveries deep within the demon tunnels could alter the course of the war-if only the message reaches Catherine before it’s too late.
