Iron Flame

Beskrivelse

The gripping follow-up to the global bestseller Fourth Wing, Iron Flame continues Violet Sorrengail’s intense journey at Basgiath War College. After surviving her first year, Violet faces even greater challenges that push her limits beyond anything she’s endured before.

A fierce test of strength, loyalty, and survival at Basgiath War College.

Everyone expected Violet to fail during her first year at Basgiath War College, Violet herself included. The brutal Threshing was just the opening trial, designed to eliminate the weak, the unlucky, and the unworthy. Now, the real ordeal begins, and Violet is already questioning how she’ll make it through.

The training isn’t just harsh and merciless; it’s crafted to push the riders’ endurance to the edge. On top of that, the new vice commandant has singled Violet out, determined to break her spirit unless she betrays the one she loves.

Though Violet’s body may be more fragile than the others, her sharp mind and iron will remain unshaken. She remembers the most crucial lesson Basgiath has taught her: dragon riders don’t follow rules, they make them.

But sheer determination won’t guarantee survival this year. Violet holds the key to a centuries-old secret buried deep within Basgiath War College, and in the end, even dragon fire might not be enough to save them all.
