Beskrivelse

The thrilling conclusion to Chuck Wendig's Star Wars: Aftermath trilogy unfolds as the New Republic and the Empire face off in a decisive battle on the remote planet Jakku. This story bridges the gap between Return of the Jedi and The Force Awakens, bringing high stakes and intense conflict.

The final confrontation that will shape the galaxy's future takes place on Jakku.

Following the events of Star Wars: Aftermath and Star Wars: Life Debt, this installment brings the epic saga to a close. After the Empire's defeat at the Battle of Endor, its scattered forces continue to pose a serious threat. The New Republic, still fragile, has been hit hard by a brutal attack from the Imperial remnants, forcing them to intensify their pursuit of the enemy.

Grand Admiral Rae Sloane, branded the Empire's most wanted war criminal for orchestrating a deadly ambush, is relentlessly hunted by Norra Wexley. Once a rebel pilot, Norra has returned to duty at Leia's urgent request. Her mission is personal as well as political-her husband was manipulated into a deadly pawn in Sloane's assassination scheme, fueling her desire for both justice and revenge.

Meanwhile, Sloane is hot on the trail of Gallius Rax, the Empire's treacherous strategist, who has led the remnants of the Imperial war machine to Jakku. Rax is determined to carry out Emperor Palpatine's final plan, setting the stage for a massive showdown.

As the Imperial fleet looms over Jakku, the New Republic's fighters prepare to strike back and bring closure to the conflict that began at Endor. Norra and her team dive headfirst into a fierce battle that will scorch both land and sky, ultimately determining the fate of the galaxy.
